This is my second week at Iowa State, and I am enjoying myself a bit. The layout of the campus is much larger then Cal State Fullerton, but its beautiful. Trees line the many walk ways with acres of just grass for students to lay out on...when its not rainning or snowing. The school itself is 150 years old, and the buildings show it. Not in the way some buildings age horribly, because all of these buildings are well kept, but the architecture is breath taking on some of the buildings. I've heard that some people do get married on campus during the spring in the oldest part of campus, where there is a garden with an archway. To the left is a picture of the Clock tower, and the fountain in front of the Memorial Union followed by a picture of Alumi Hall in the fall. My classes are very interesting so far, and one of which requires me to blog on here...so from time to time you may come accross an assignment for that class. The class is Women Studies with a focus on German history...but really we are talking about cyborgs and robots...still trying to piece it together.
